Data Deletion Request

Your privacy and data control are important to us.

If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data associated with any LNHGames title (including Emoji Sort: Match & Pop and others), please follow the steps below.

How to Request

Please send an email to:
lehien6601@gmail.com

  • Subject: Data Deletion Request - [Game Name]
  • Include: The name of the game, your Player ID (found in game settings), or your Google Play Games/Game Center username.

What is Deleted

  • Game progress & Cloud saves
  • In-game identifiers & Profile
  • Match statistics & Leaderboard entries

Processing Time

Requests are usually processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Important Note

This action is permanent. Once your data is deleted, your level progress, virtual items, and unlocks in any LNHGames title cannot be recovered. Some anonymous analytical data or transaction records may be retained for legal, financial, or security purposes as per our Privacy Policy.
